You request a flight. This can either be done by filling in the online form on our website or by contacting our client service concierge team available 24/7 through phone, WhatsApp, text, or email, and is absolutely free!
Once we receive your request along with all the details, our operations team taps into our extensive database of trusted worldwide operators to locate aircraft that would best suit your trip, according to your needs and preferences. From operator safety ratings to clients’ past experiences with different operators, no detail is omitted to ensure that only the best options are presented to you.
Get Your Quotes
A client service concierge reaches out to you within 24 hours of your request (and normally much sooner) and presents you with 1-3 different aircraft options for your flight, according to your needs and preferences. Once you select your preferred option, we send you a quick, easy, and secure online booking form with payment instructions.
Once your trip is confirmed, you are assigned a dedicated flyer experience ambassador who takes care of all your requests and answers all your questions before your flight. Your flyer experience ambassador will arrange any catering, ground transportation, or medical needs you may have. They liaise with pilots, airport staff, and aircraft crew to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your flight.
Take off! On the day of your flight, your flyer experience ambassador is on standby for the duration of your trip to ensure that everything runs according to plan. In the unlikely event of any issue occurring, they will be available to promptly assist.
